The establishement and its personnel
In the 1960's Les Flots Bleus 3 at Antheor was bought by the Innocenti family and was run as a small hotel restaurant.
Little by little the family business developed into a reputed establishment famous for its fresh fish dishes and in particular its 'bouillabaisse'.
In1998, at the death of Mrs Innocenti the business was taken over by a young professional couple,
- OLIVIER a qualified chef who manages the restaurant
- CAROLE who deals mainly with the hotel and guests.
With the aid of their parents they have given a new life to Les FLOTS BLEUS today, and work constantly on making their hotel a very special place, where the guests enter into another world, far from their daily worries, relaxed... simply on holiday
